The wonder Indian Garment Saree has been reinvented beautifully for the present times by some Indian designers. One such talented designer is Anupriya DuttaGupta and her label Howrah Bridge. She has come up with a lot of quirky prints and I have got a number of pieces from her collection (see here, here, here and here).
I simply fell in love with this Howrah Bridge Telephone Print Saree and lapped it up immediately. Wore it during the festive season (on Diwali Night actually), pairing it with a quirky pair of RuHH Kanphool Silver & Crystal earrings. Needless to say, I got loads of compliments that night!

Saree: Howrah Bridge Telephone Print
Earrings: RuHH
In keeping with the vibrant colors of the Saree, on my lips I put  M.A.C’s classic red Ruby Woo  and a  bright Blue bindi. And just look how lovely the RuHH earrings look!!

Both Howrah Bridge and RuHH are Indian labels, which are doing great work in combining traditional, contemporary & quirk perfectly to bring one of a kind pieces. Howrah Bridge has a business page of Facebook through which is sells, also retails at Bliss Store in Mumbai and Orange Bicycle in Bangalore (in India). It also retails online on crazy & and RuHH primarily sells through its Facebook business page and also does showings in Mumbai & Kolkata.
So what do you think of my Quirky boho Saree Look ?
